The transfer may take some time to depart.

After check-in with our ground staff, there may be a waiting time of up to 50 minutes for other passengers to disembark, in accordance with the airlines' new disembarkation procedures and health and safety protocols.

If no prior notice is given regarding failure to appear at the scheduled time, a no-show fee will be charged. Passengers who cancel the service while still at the airport will not receive a refund and will be charged as normal.

The service offers free transport of up to one piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. If this amount is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged for each additional item.

In case of any problem with baggage upon arrival, which is the responsibility of the airline, we inform you that the passenger(s) will be advised to continue on the next scheduled transfer, as we do not have time available to wait for all the legal procedures required by the airline to release the passenger(s).

Upon arrival, passengers must provide a mobile phone number so that we can inform them of the transfer time one day before departure. If they do not wish to provide a phone number or do not have one, they should contact us through the company's official communication channels or contact their travel agent.
