Swiss Night at Casa Di Pietro (Lunch or Dinner) in Gramado

One of the most traditional meals in Serra Gaúcha is served at Restaurante Casa Di Pietro, which has, throughout its history, shaped a unique profile of gastronomic enterprise in the region by combining high-level cuisine with touches of religiosity in the environment, architecture and decoration.
The sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue with 5 sides (bread, broccoli, calabrese sausage, baked potatoes with olive oil and herbs and guava paste).

Next up is the meat fondue on a stone, La Pierrat, with prime cuts of filet mignon, pork and chicken, garnished with 11 varieties of sauces and farofa. To finish off the series, the Milk Chocolate Fondue, featuring the flavors of seasonal fruits (5 varieties), marshmallows and tubes.
