Tea Experience at Maison Angelina

The history of Maison Angelina dates back to the early 20th century. In 1903, Austrian pastry chef Anton Rumpelmayer and his son René founded a tea house called "Angelina" at 226 Rue de Rivoli, in honor of their daughter-in-law Angelina. Today, it is considered the best tea house in Paris.

The shop has become an icon of Parisian gastronomy, especially for its famous "Chocolat L'Africain" (a thick, rich hot chocolate) and its irresistible sweets, such as the Mont-Blanc (a dessert made with chestnut puree, meringue cream and whipped cream). Maison Angelina is considered a landmark of Parisian charm and tradition.
