Santarém is the third most populous municipality in Pará and has great economic and cultural importance for the state. With a strategic location, the city has a port that drives the economy of the Amazon region, in addition to receiving cruise ships from several countries in order to discover the natural beauties of this place, affectionately called the “Pearl of Tapajós”.
Route: Departure from the hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the city center and visits, after departure to the port and boarding a regional vessel sailing along the Tapajós and Amazon Rivers. Return to the hotel.
Main attractions: Porto, Municipal Market, Nossa Sra. Da Conceição Cathedral, Cultural Center, handicraft stores, Praça do Mirante, boat trip to the meeting of the waters and observation of river dolphins and birds in the region.
