Description
In this tour we will live the experience of swimming with the biggest fish in the world, the Tubarão Baleia.
During the season, whale sharks reach the sea surrounding the island of Contoy and Holbox in order to mate and feed. They are very docile and friendly, measuring up to 15 meters in length.
We will leave your hotel reception between 06:00 and 07:20, depending on the hotel where you are staying. If it is a hotel in the center of Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum, you will be informed of the time and nearest meeting point at least 1 day in advance by one of our local agents.
We will soon be transferred to the marina where we will receive information and instructions about the tour. And we will take a boat trip to the reefs.
On the tour we will have the opportunity to observe them and swim with them.
In addition, we will also have the opportunity to see dolphins, rays, sea turtles, birds and other animals off the coast of Yucatan due to the wide variety of nutrients present in these waters.
Then we will go to the coast of Playa Norte, where we will have a snack on the boat.
In the afternoon we will have the opportunity to do the snorkeling activity in Isla Mujeres and then return to Cancun.
COMMENTS
This great adventure departs every day from Cancun during the Whale Shark season. (between June 1st and September 10th).
A USD 13 marine conservation fee per person will be charged at activity check-in.
