1. There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
2. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
3. ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
Valet parking, lockers, and strollers are available for an additional fee on-site.
4. The service provider is not responsible if any component of an attraction is not operational for technical reasons.
5. Visitors are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
6. Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
7. Note: Formula Rossa is closed until further notice.
