Crossing its vast plains, passing olive groves, cork oaks, and vineyards, we'll arrive at the charming city of Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986. There, we'll calmly enjoy its rich history, architecture, and gastronomy, as well as the region's arts and crafts, where we'll be captivated by the diversity of eras and styles, flavors, colors, and forms. During our visit, we'll enjoy a wine tasting at a farm (or similar).
