Gran Reserva Tour - Vineyard Valley in Gramado

This tour is designed for those who appreciate the best of the world of wine. The tour travels through Vale dos Vinhedos, a wine-growing region colonized by Italy, with beautiful landscapes and over a century of winemaking tradition.
At Miolo Winery, the passion for the fascinating world of wine is explained by the history of the Miolo family, which has been working in winemaking since the arrival of its patriarch, Giuseppe Miolo, in Brazil in 1897. One of the founders of the Wines of Brazil project, the Miolo Wine Group is Brazil's largest wine exporter and the most recognized in the international market. The group's four wineries produce an average of 10 million liters per year and are cultivated on approximately 1,000 hectares of their own vineyards. It is here that we will participate in a Mini Wine Course and taste five emblematic varieties from the Miolo Group.
Next, we'll visit Lovara Winery, inspired by stories of people, places, work, and achievements. There, we'll see the Stone House, built in 1887 by the founder. There, we'll tour the vineyards and discuss the winemaking process, as well as taste three selected wines from Lovara Vineyards.
The tour continues to the Garibaldi Wine Cooperative, whose history began in 1931, when several farming families united as a way to overcome the country's economic difficulties at the time. Currently, more than 300 member families make their living from producing grapes and related products for the winery, cultivating over 1,000 hectares of vineyards. As of May of this year, the winery had already won more than 15 international awards, all from events and competitions in Europe.
